Duties of Position:
Provide information about the centers
Type and process materials, if needed
Assist students with computers/ AccuSQL
Answer phones
Basic customer service
Basic data entry
Make appointments
Filing
Greet and direct students to the appropriate tutors/Writing Specialists
General light office work
Perform related duties as assigned
Education Requirements: In order to apply for this position, you must be a current Harper College student, enrolled in at least six credits per semester (three for summer).
Experience Requirements: Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Schedule Information: Will determine schedule based on student's availability. Must have some availability to work during the following hours:
Sunday
Monday
8am - 8pmTuesday
8am - 8pmWednesday
8am - 8pmThursday
8am - 8pmFriday
8am - 4:30pmSaturday
Hours per week: 5-20
