Location:

Summary

The Summer School and Special Sessions Program Manager coordinates all aspects of the operations of Newcomb-Tulane College's Summer School and Special Sessions occurring between the regular Fall and Spring Semesters.

 

This includes ongoing planning and marketing as well as the responsibility of creating a full summer school session of classes for continuing Tulane students. 

 

Summer School and Special Sessions is one of many programs Summer School Programs at Tulane that are coordinated by various departments and entities on campus, therefore the Summer School and Special Sessions Program Manager works across university unit boundaries to ensure a successful experiences for continuing Tulane students.

 

This role requires a high level of service and covers a variety of responsibilities in the areas of organization, communication, coordination, marketing, student experience, faculty support, budget management, program evaluation, problem solving and data analytics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, Business, or related field; and
  • Two years of directly related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree
