Primary Purpose of the Organizational Unit:

Description of Work Continued:

Primary Purpose of the Position:

-Teach classes in strategy and international business and related courses, with the normal teaching load being three courses per semester

-Serve as a mentor to undergraduate students, guiding their professional development as well as their academic progression

-Assist with university and community service consistent with the goals of the Broadwell College of Business and Economics.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Ph.D. degree in Management or a related field. ABD will be considered.

Knowledge skills and abilities:

Must be a scholar and enthusiastic about working with students.
Must be able to teach diverse students both online as well as face-to-face.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ph.D. degree from an AACSB accredited school. Prior corporate experience also preferred, together with experience in teaching diverse students and experience teaching online as well as face-to-face.
