Physical Requirements

Sitting for extended periods of time, lifting up to 25 pounds, some on the job travel.


Typically days, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Additional hours for alumni events, etc.

Job Summary

This position will manage the College of Public Health (CPH) Alumni program. Will work to cultivate relationships with Alumni to identify and foster student internship and practicum sites. Manage UKCPH alumni contacts. Maintain and update the alumni database. Plan and implement alumni relations events, etc. Create and coordinate the college’s alumni programs and events. Collaborate with CPH Communications and Philanthropy Directors, the Office of Philanthropy, and University Alumni Relations to develop appropriate invitation lists for campaign related events and to share College related updates. Will serve on University committees as needed and as appropriate.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Excellent communication skills, project management experience and event planning.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience

MS Office and database management experience preferred.
