The Department of Chemistry at the University of Missouri is seeking to fill a tenure track position in medicinal chemistry or chemical biology beginning in Fall 2019. We anticipate that the position will be filled at the level of assistant professor. It is expected that the successful candidate will have the potential to build a funded, nationally and internationally recognized, research program focusing on medicinal chemistry and/or chemical biology. Finally, the successful candidate will demonstrate the promise of establishing a strong record of teaching organic and/or medicinal chemistry at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
