SCAD Savannah seeks a Faculty Recruiter to successfully recruit professors and those who serve in leadership roles for the Savannah College of Art and Design. The Faculty Recruiter will identify industries, institutions, graduate programs, conferences, professional organizations, agencies, search firms and individuals to build an outstanding pool of candidates. You will conduct targeted research, implement database tools, search the internet and social media channels, network with professional groups, cold call and directly recruit dynamic candidates for hard-to-fill staff, professorial and leadership positions.
The successful candidate has a proven track record in conducting initial qualification interviews, coordinating with directors to strategically plan searches and finding cost-effective vehicles to advertise open positions. They will also leverage their established professional network for the good of the university and continue to build the network internally and externally.

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree
•Two to three years of experience in human resources and higher education
•Microsoft Office experience preferred
•Valid driver’s license
•Ability to travel
