Job Details
Join SCAD Hong Kong as a part-time Professor of Business and teach courses such as entrepreneurship, accounting and management.
In this role, you will develop and deliver coursework on economics, financial analysis, planning and management, strategic analysis and business strategy development to the next generation of creative professionals, majoring in film and television, themed entertainment design, visual effects, writing and more.
This position is within SCAD Hong Kong’s liberal arts department, home to SCAD Core, the university’s general education curriculum. One of the most academically diverse general education programs at any arts university, SCAD Core further advances students’ ability to investigate, express, defend and advance ideas.
As part of the energetic and innovative SCAD liberal arts faculty, the ideal candidate will demonstrate an appreciation for active teaching and a passion for fostering engaged learning. The ability to convey business and management subject matter that is calibrated to the needs of professionals in creative industries, and that prioritizes experiential learning is essential. College level teaching is preferred.
