The Recruitment Specialist supports the goals of the Recruitment Department through high school relationships, community partnerships, outreach to prospective students and administrative responsibilities.

•Skill in developing and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external constituents.
•Ability to work well with others and in a team setting.
•Professional in appearance.
•Ability and willingness to communicate well with diverse populations.
•Self-starter who can complete tasks without a supervisor present.

Preferred Skills & Abilities Required Experience

Successful candidates should have one year student service experience and previous public speaking experience.

Preferred Experience

Previous higher education recruitment experience is preferred.
