POSITION
The Department of Business Administration invites applications for a tenure-track position as a faculty member in the field of Sports Management beginning August 2019. The Department of Business Administration currently has six faculty members and its programs have approximately 200 students.

The successful candidate will be qualified to teach undergraduate courses in at least two of the following areas: general undergraduate courses in the field of Sport Management such as Sport Marketing, Promotions, Event and Facility Management, and Sport Finance; and general undergraduate business related courses. Minimum qualifications include an MBA degree or Master’s level degree in Management, Finance, or related area with five years of teaching experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with advising undergraduate students and program accreditation and assessment. High value is placed on a team player who brings a variety of teaching interests and demonstrates knowledge of innovative learning technologies and program delivery, along with online teaching experience in a highly collaborative discussion-based asynchronous classroom. Demonstrated commitment to diversity and experience with promoting inclusive excellence are required.
