The Department of Physics and Astronomy at Montclair State University regularly needs adjunct faculty members to teach 1-2 sections of introductory physics or astronomy courses. Please consider submitting an application if you would like to be considered as these positions become available. A typical course load will involve teaching one, two, or three course sections of up to 24 students. Each section has a weekly lab period. There is some flexibility in scheduling lecture and lab sections. We are actively looking for new adjuncts for the Summer 2019, Fall 2019, and Spring 2020 terms. More information may be found on our department website.
