Job Summary:Under general supervision, the incumbent provides administrative and financial management for selected CTSA school-wide interdisciplinary programs, including Emergent Media + Design (EM+D), Beall Center for Art + Technology and Institute for 21st Century Creativity (21C). Research and write funding proposals and grant applications. Negotiate, prepare and obtain approvals for contracts and agreements. Monitor and track progress of exhibitions, performances and related programs. Assist with curriculum planning and management of interdisciplinary courses. Manage marketing and communications, outreach and community engagement for the interdisciplinary programs. Supervise limited appointment and student assistant staff. Will be required to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Salary: Monthly $4,968.58
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Career Position.
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
