DescriptionThe School of Public Health, Center for Leadership in Disability (CLD) in the Mark Chaffin Center for Healthy Development is seeking a Sponsor Funded Part-Time Bilingual Community Services Specialist II. 

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

 

Identify funding sources and write grant proposals for new activities and training programs in support of advocacy within Spanish-speaking communities in Georgia

Provide training and technical assistance to disability communities in Georgia

Evaluate and manage reports on project activities

Provide Spanish translation and interpretation services for CLD trainings and curricula

Ability to travel with some overnight travel required

Organize educational activities for individuals with disabilities and family members across Georgia

Oversee logistics for CLD events and meetings

Perform statistical analyses to measure effectiveness of programs

Other duties as assigned



QualificationsBachelor's degree and two years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
