DescriptionJob Purpose: Provide office support services within a campus unit to includeorganizing and preparing correspondence, reports and other documentation;scheduling meetings and events; file maintenance, and related administrativeactivities; and assisting customers with their service needs. Specific dutieswill be determined based on assignment and unit needs. Major Responsibilities:Compose routine correspondence; prepare and route correspondence, reports and other documentation. Compile and organize data for use in reports. Schedule and make arrangements for meetings and other events. Make travel arrangements for unit staff management and staff as directed. Maintain office supplies inventory. Maintain filing system. Receive and refer phone calls; greet and direct office visitors. Gather pertinent information regarding customer service needs. Respond to customer questions or concerns. Perform other related duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications:Education: High School/GED or Vocational School Diploma Work Experience: Zero to two years job related experience Certifications: N/A Skills: This job requires skills in general office administration to include document preparation and processing, records management, event planning and organization, spoken/written communications and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task. Skill in basic office related computer applications is required.
QualificationsPreferred Qualifications:Preferred Education: N/A Preferred Work Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year working or volunteering with students in grades K-12 Preferred Certifications: N/A Preferred Skills: N/A Responsible for preparing lesson materials and teaching in a professional manner Work hands-on with students to develop in-depth knowledge of course curriculum Communicate with program coordinators and parents Additional Information: The role will serve as a CEISMC SummerPeaks Program Instructor and may be required to standand walk for periods of up to 30 minutes at various times during the work day.This is a temporary position, limited to 1300 hours or 12 consecutive months,and subject to ACA and GT guidelines for temporary employment.
