General Summary This position is responsible for the planning, maintenance, and coordination of the College of Education (COE) Flexible Learning Spaces (FLS), staff, and instructional technology. This position also provides support for instructional workshops, level one support for STEM technologies, and level two support of college-wide instructional technologies. This position is essential for the day-to-day functioning of the COE FLS.

Required Qualifications 1. Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Education, Management, IT Management, or a field closely related to the position.

2. Two years of professional level full time (or part-time equivalent) work experience in management or IT management, one year of which was at an administrative level.

If this position is Security Sensitive or if you are subject to a criminal background investigation based on University policy, then employment is contingent upon you passing a satisfactory criminal background investigation. You may not begin work until the criminal background investigation results have been received and cleared by Human Resources.
Desired Qualifications: 1. Knowledge of and experience with:
- STEM/Education technology use and support
- Microsoft Windows and Apple OSX troubleshooting
- Mobile Device Management platforms, including AirWatch or JAMF
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Software Center Configuration Manager
- Helpdesk Ticket Systems

2. Two years of full time (or part-time equivalent) work experience in instructional technology, information technology, or customer service.

Hiring Rate/Range Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
Stipend:
Work Hours Core hours: 7:45am-4:15pm, Monday through Friday
