General Summary The Coordinator of Undergraduate Studies & Student Services is responsible for the department's student support services, academic advising, and its marketing & communication plans.

Required Qualifications 1. Master's degree
2. Academic program management experience & related skills
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in higher education areas, such as academic advising, administration, or teaching
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
5. Ability to work with diverse student populations
6. If this position is Security Sensitive or if you are subject to a criminal background investigation based on University policy, employment is contingent upon you passing a satisfactory criminal background investigation. You may not begin work until the criminal background investigation results have been received and cleared by Human Resources.
Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of Illinois State University's advisement processes and student development theory and practice
Necessary Licenses/Certifications/Degrees Master's degree
Hiring Rate/Range Commensurate with experience and qualifications
Work Hours Generally Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with occasional weekend and evening hours as business needs dictate
