The Position

The Office of Technology at Lewis University invites applications for a CRM/ERP Support Administrator, to serve as a systems, data and process subject matter expert for our Ellucian Banner ERP system and Admission Slate systems.

This position is responsible to maintain knowledge of the functionality of the Banner ERP system assist in training end users, work with team and vendors to resolve Banner issues and assist in support and configuration of workflow functionality.  This position will also create, maintain and support import and exports for integrations from Banner Student ERP, SAT, ACT, Common App, OTCAS as requested by Admission, build and maintain queries and reports in support of Admission and Slate functionality, create, maintain and monitor Slate rules and workflows and facilitate, create, implement and document new Slate project requests from Admission team.

Minimum Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of relational databases, CRM, and SIS is required. Strong analytical skills and experience with problem solving and data error resolution. Experience working with highly confidential information. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; collaborate with teammates to coordinator core job functions. Ability to work independently, efficiently and accurately; perform duties with considerable degree of autonomy. Attention to detail, organized, thorough and consistent with follow through. Ability to balance multiple tasks and projects and to work effectively with a team of professionals. Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, Access and Excel is desired.

Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 3 years of administrative application support experience, including experience in relational databases. Experience designing and implementing workflow to automate business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Support of Banner Ellucian and/or Slate CRM is highly desirable.  Advanced skills with relational databases using SQL and/or web programming desired.
