Duties/Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities

•Practice Expectations
oAssist coaches with setting up practice
Have all required equipment ready for practice
Ensure balls are inflated
oAssist with shagging balls, keeping time/score
oAssist coaches and players with picking up equipment post practice
Confirm all balls are accounted for post practice
oFilm
oWash vest every Thursday
•Game Day Expectations
oSet up video equipment per Robert’s instructions and film during the game
oHelp Operations Coordinator with any game day preparations
Uniforms & gear
oSet out folding chairs for each team’s staff
oCoordinate with training staff about hydration stations
oHave all equipment (balls, cones, pinnies) out to our bench
oAssist with setting up pre-game warm-up
oAssist with shagging balls during warm up
oCollect and store equipment after warm-up
oPossibly will be asked to chart opponents during the game
oPost Game:
Collect all equipment and store it
Make sure video equipment is properly stored
Collect folding chairs
Help with any post game food / nutrition
•Travel
oCoordinate with Operations Coordinator on travel needs
Bags/uniforms/gear/travel equipment
oEnsure video equipment is charged and packed for trip
oWill not be required to travel to all away games. Will only travel when we take the entire team.
oAssist in loading bus/vehicle/plane
oAssist in unloading when asked to travel
•Miscellaneous Duties:
oAvailability to assist on special weekends (Official Visits etc)
oOccasional inventory of Equipment Room
