Nature of Work

The position isresponsible for the full spectrum of surgical oncology diseases with anemphasis on Melanoma.  Will participate in medical student, residentand fellow education as well as research and scholarly activity commensuratewith qualifications.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • MD/DO
  • Board certified in General Surgery
  • Surgical Oncology (or equivalent) Fellowship
  • CO Medical license or license eligible

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior clinical and research experience in the evaluation and treatment melanoma patients

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Clinical expertise in the full spectrum of surgical oncology diseases

  • Surgical research program development in melanoma
  • Successful background in research and scholarly activities
