Description of Work Continued:

Primary Purpose of the Position:

The primary purpose of this position is to teach classes in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, and related courses with the normal teaching load of three courses per semester. Serve a mentor to undergraduate students, guiding their professional development as well as their academic progression. Assist with University and community service consistent with the goals of the Broadwell College of Business and Economics.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

A Ph.D. in Management or a related field is required.

Knowledge skills and abilities:Preferred Qualifications:

Degree preferably from an AACSB accredited school. Prior corporate experience also preferred, together with experience in teaching diverse students and experience teaching online as well as face-to-face.
