Overview
The Program Manager oversees the management, administration and assessment of PPPL’s Emergency Services Unit and Site Protection Division programs ensuring compliance of DOE Policy and PPPL procedures and continued improvement of division level operations. The Program Manager develops, implements, manages and oversees the planning, coordination, and administration of each program, ensuring adherence to PPPL’s standards, guidelines, policies and procedures while supporting/supervising staff in program delivery.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years Administrative experience.
- Minimum 1 year Security and/or related experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Advanced problem solving and attention to detail.
- Experience in web development.
