Job Responsibilities

Assist the Dean of Students in implementing, administering, and supervising policies and procedures which ensure the efficient operation of the community campus location. Recommends courses and provides classroom management. Assist the Instructional Division in faculty recruitment, orientation, supervision (including assessment) and scheduling at the community campus. Recruits and develops a comprehensive enrollment plan for the community campus. Coordinates the admission and registration of credit and non-credit courses. Prepares and monitors community campus budget. Secures library resources and provides assistance in distance learning course delivery. Assist in the establishment of a network of business, industry and community resource delivery. Refers faculty problems to the appropriate Academic Dean and student problems to the Dean of Students. Supervises staff in the daily operations and provides the building supervision. Performs related duties as assigned.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

SBTCE Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree plus three years supervisory or management experience.
