Job Title:Post-Baccalaureate FellowJob Family:ProfessionalsFull-Time/Part-Time:Full timeCompensation Grade:3SPay Type:SalaryDepartment:IACH AdminJob Summary:The IACH Post-Baccaluareate Fellow provides program and project coordination for community health learning insitiatives, including facilitation of academic-community partnerships, training development and delivery, contribution to relevant comapus and community research initiatives, and communications. This position is open to recent graduates of Furman University only.Job Description:- Facilitate and plan IACH community health learning events including the Community Health Symposium.
- Coordinate and conduct quantitative and qualitative research related to community-based projects, program assessment, and training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the IACH staff to define the role of undergraduate students in new initiatives and develop defined program for undergraduate IACH fellows program.
- Assist with the development of outreach and presentation materials for the IACH.
- Collaborate with and assist the Community Action Program Director and other researchers on the investigation of community health initiatives. Develop and refine strategies and best practices for digitally managing project documents, communications, community relationships, and community impact.
- Conduct on-going literature review of current best practices in community health and provide summary and feedback to IACH staff.
- Prepare project reports, grant proposals, and other digital communications to facilitate the sharing of information and progress with campus and community partners.
- Participate in IACH meetings and activities as appropriate to develop a full knowledge of programs and collaborators.
- Devise strategies for visualizing IACH / community / campus relationships and focus areas.
- Supervise IACH student fellows.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Follow safety procedures.
