Student will assist the AD, Athletic Administrative Assistant, and the athletic staff in office work, support of GC booster club, game day management, and other duties in support of the events held in the Pronghorn Center. Student will provide support in a variety of functions, including word processing, weekly game notes, game-day programs, technical operations of the Pronghorn Center. This position is great for students looking to do just office work and/or for those looking to gain sport management.

•Strong interest in sports and a willingness to handle a wide variety of duties.
•Good Conduct and Academic Standing with the college
•Gillette College Student currently enrolled
•Cumulative GPA is 2.0 or greater

•Demonstrate ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures
•Must have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
•Must have ability to prioritize and manage projects.
•Position requires the ability to use good judgment, think critically, and communicate effectively.
•A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel is required

•Assist the Athletic Administrative Assistant and PC Scheduling Coordinator in the preparations and set-up of game day programs for assigned sports.
•Assist the Athletic Department in support of events held in the Pronghorn Center.
•Assist the Athletic Department in support of GC booster club efforts.
•Adheres to Gillette College, conference, and NJCAA policies, procedures, and regulations
•Assists and coordinates with coaches about roster and schedule information.
•Helps manage Athletic Website
