Job Summary
Adjunct Human Capital Development faculty members facilitate students' achievement of course objectives and prepares Human Capital Development Undergraduate/Graduate Students to matriculate through the Human Capital Development Programs.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Online and face-to-face course delivery and instruction
- Prepare and submit syllabi, grades and other required course documentation in a timely manner
- Communicate course requirements and expectations to students
- Follow the policies and procedures of the School of Interdisciplinary Studies and Professional Development, the College of Arts and Sciences and The University of Southern Mississippi
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in Human Capital Development or related discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- Teaching, mentoring and service experience at university level
- Experience with online course delivery and instruction
- Professional experience in Human Capital Development
- Experience with Canvas technology
- Doctoral degree in Human Capital Development or related discipline
