Adjunct Faculty Position Announcement

Department/School: Allied Health/School of Health Careers, Technology, and Applied Learning

Responsibilities: The Department of Allied Health is seeking adjunct instructors to teach in the new Health Studies program in the School of Health Careers, Technology and Applied Learning. Teaching responsibilities include development of course content and coordination of student observational experiences and/or guest speakers, under the direction of the curriculum chairperson.

Qualifications: A Master’s Degree in an Allied Health field, Public Health or Healthcare Administration is required. A minimum of 1 year of practical experience is also required. Knowledge of health care delivery systems with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience is strongly preferred. Experience in teaching is preferred. Licensure in an area of allied health or health administration is desirable.

Position Effective: Fall 2019

Hourly Rate of Pay: $80.95 per hour. No benefits.
