Adjunct Faculty/Economics

Department/Division/Location: Social Science/School of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences

Hourly Rate of Pay:$80.95 No benefits.

Responsibilities: Prepares and delivers instruction in introductory Economics courses to a diverse student body. Evening, weekend, morning, and afternoon teaching assignments may be provided. Actively participates in all Departmental assessments and classroom management requirements. Provides regular and timely feedback to students and provides innovative classroom instruction to promote student success.

Qualifications: A Master’s Degree in the appropriate area and one year of practical teaching experience. A Master’s degree in Economics or closely related discipline with significant graduate course work in Economics is preferred.
