Job Summary
This position provides accompaniment for courses in the School of Performing and Visual Arts. Assignments are made by faculty and the school director.
Applications for this position will be accepted on an ongoing basis and will be reviewed as needed. Applicants should indicate which campus or teaching sites they are willing to accept these interim assignments at in their cover letter.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Accompaniment for performance classes
- Be prepared and on time for assigned classes
- Collaborate as appropriate with course instructor
- Load in and store equipment as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in accompaniment. Ability to play piano.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Musical training, including sight reading.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in accompanying musical theatre.
