The UNC Department of Emergency Medicine is seeking a Psychiatrist to join our Division of Acute Psychiatry. This clinician will provide clinical services in the Behavioral Health Emergency Department and will lead a team of experienced and engaged advanced practice providers and licensed clinical social workers. This is a Per Diem position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. The rank will be based on the qualifications of the applicants.Education Requirements
Applicants must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Psychiatry.Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate should have strong clinical skills and demonstrated administrative and clinical efficiency skills necessary to enable them to successfully provide clinical, supervisory, and educational services.
