Reports To: Director of Extended Education

Starting Salary: $48,653.00

JOB SUMMARY

The position coordinates the creation or procurement of high-end, high-need programs to provide continuing education
and professional development in the form of seminars, courses, conferences, and intensive short-term trainings to
regional and national audiences, including destination events, testing and certification programs, workforce and career
development programs, and personal enrichment courses, events, and certificates. The position collaborates between
the college, potential and current instructors, vendors, community entities, and businesses to provide these learning
opportunities.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATES and LICENSES

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience programming or teaching adult/youth events/classes
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with written communication
  • Two + years of professional experience collaborating with a team of colleagues

Preferred:

  • Experience using social media
  • Experience with marketing and promotion
  • Experience with vendors/contracts
