Position Summary

NYU's Stern School of Business has an exceptional and challenging opportunity for an Associate Director, Enrollment Services in the Records & Registration Department. The Associate Director will oversee, maintain and regularly evaluate all student record and related systems for Stern School Enrollment Services, including all student registration and scheduling processes, design, format and content. The Associate Director will manage reporting needs and statistical analysis for the School regarding student records and ensure data integrity between systems. The selected candidate will also partner with Stern IT and NYU IT to ensure that data feeds and processes are maintained and managed. Other responsibilities include acting as administrative liaison with other school and University Offices, interpreting and applying University policies to plan and manage registration process, and managing and operating Stern’s unique registration and lottery systems.


The selected candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience managing databases, customizing database applications and programming, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent writing, client relations and organizational skills are essential. Proficiency with IQUEL and SQL query languages, BRIO, and programming in Access and advanced Excel are required. Knowledge of UDW+ and PeopleSoft Query Manager are preferred. Higher Education experience in Registrar or Student Records also preferred.
