Position Summary

The Program of Adult Learning, Leadership and Organization Development (LLOD) at the University of Georgia is pleased to announce a Clinical Assistant Professor position to begin August 2019.

Duties of this position include teaching in graduate-level programs in both face-to-face and online environments, advising students, coaching students conducting action research dissertations, and coordinating recruitment, marketing and on-line student support for Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development (LLOD) degree programs. The candidate will participate in faculty and program meetings. This position requires teaching the equivalent of a minimum of three graduate-level courses per semester in the program.

Additional Requirements

Earned doctorate by start of the contract with specialization in Adult Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development or a closely related field such as adult learning, community engagement, organization development, or leadership.

Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, and/or Certification Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies

•Expertise and ability to teach in Adult Learning, Leadership and Organization Development
•Ability to design and deliver online instruction
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
