DESCRIPTION

The Clinical Instructor will provide imaging interpretation for the inpatient/outpatient UCSD patient population. The incumbent will perform multimodal cross-sectional and radiographic studies that will include imaging performed as part of emergency and trauma imaging. The Clinical Instructor will also provide supervision of residents with limited teaching responsibilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • California Medical License.

  • Completion of an approved residency in Diagnostic Radiology.

  • Certification from the American Board of Radiology or eligibility for board certification.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

Completion of a sub-specialty fellowship is highly preferred.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Work schedule may include weekends as needed.
