The Department of Mathematics invites applications for a one-year full-time position at the Instructor or Assistant Professor level to support departmental and college curricular needs. The position will begin August 16, 2019, and end May 31, 2020. The successful candidate will teach 24 credit hours for the year. We seek individuals with experience in teaching mathematics at the collegiate level, with a preference for candidates qualified to teach statistics.

We seek candidates who demonstrate an ability to teach in ways that value the varied learning needs and interests of a culturally diverse student population, and that reflect a commitment to encouraging the success of our students.

Position/Job Qualifications

Applicants are required to hold at least a master’s degree; Ph.D. and college teaching experience preferred.
