Outstanding writing and editing skills. Enjoy working with students. Not averse to administrative work such as copying, organizing files, calendaring, and entering data into spreadsheets. Flexibility to help with other projects as needed. Comfort with public speaking and event organizing is a plus. Two-year commitment is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies Physical Demands

The position supports the Assistant Director of the Honors Program, who is also the U.S. Student Fulbright Program campus representative. The assistant’s primary focus will be Fulbright—publicizing on campus, advising applicants, and assisting with application review and campus interviews. The position will also assist undergraduates with resumes, personal statements, and cover letters, and provide administrative support for programming events (such as lunchtime lectures and book discussions), summer internship programs, and internal scholarships.
