Visiting Assistant Professor/Instructor
Global & Intercultural Studies: Visiting Assistant Professor or Instructor to teach courses in Global and Intercultural Studies; contribute to the American Studies curriculum, including courses that satisfy the university’s liberal education requirements. Other course contributions could be to the Global and Intercultural Studies co-major, or other interdisciplinary majors in the Global and Intercultural Studies department.
Require: PhD in American Studies or related cognate field by time of appointment (for appointment as Visiting Assistant Professor); ABD (for appointment as Instructor). Position is not eligible for H-1B sponsorship.
Consideration may be given to applicants with research and teaching interests in America and a global context; intercultural perspectives and analysis; demonstrated teaching experience.
