The Department of Family and Community Medicine is seeking a psychologist for patients referred by the Family Medicine residents, advanced practice providers and faculty. This position will conduct psychological evaluations and psychotherapy with patients on an as needed basis. This provider will instruct providers and staff in behavioral science issues related to the practice of Family Medicine, including supporting licensed clinical social workers and students. The position will develop research in the clinical area of mental health as it relates to family medicine and collaborate with other faculty within the university and community on research projects in the area of rural health.
