Works with the youth programs offered by Continuing Education; supports instructor by participating in programming and providing camp assistance; supervises 20-30 participants at all time to ensure their health, safety, and well-being; documents and reports any issues/concerns to the instructor; follows program schedule as outlined; accompanies participants during all activities; maintains emergency contact information of participants; assists with camp check-in, set-up, and check-out, breakdown and follows all campus policies and procedures.

Shift Specifics – Up to 25 hours per week; occasionally scheduled weekend and evening work required.

**Migrant Residential Program (June 2-8, 2019)
Blackrocket Computer Camps (June 3-7, 2019, June 17-21, 2019, June 24-28, 2019, July 8-12, 2019 and July 15-19, 2019)
Lego Robotics (June 17-21, 2019 and June 24-28, 2019)

**The Migrant Residential Program requires overnight supervision of camp participants in the residence hall; housing will be provided.

Student employees cannot work more than 1300 hours in a 12-consecutive month period.

Must be enrolled in six or more undergraduate credit hours or three or more graduate credit hours at Georgia Southern University.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience working in a camp environment.
