JOB SUMMARY:
The Talent Attraction Specialist is accountable for supporting Geisinger’s talent management programs related to talent attraction, sourcing, acquisition, selection, joining and retention of defined hard-to-fill positions. The Talent Attraction Specialist is a critical & key member in terms of achieving marketing, sourcing, attraction, retention and quality of hire/retention goals. In partnership with the assigned Talent Acquisition Specialist or Talent Management Consultant, s/he will play a strong role in executing the defined talent management programs and strategies throughout departments, entities and institutes or service lines across Geisinger. S/he must be a relationship builder with the ability to strengthen the current talent management strategy by working closely with campus program directors and other key stakeholders at the college and university level while developing programs to meet the current and future talent needs as required by the strategic workforce plan. S/he will develop and implement a digital search strategy and utilize Boolean logic, PowerSearch strings, XRay, FlipSearch strings, etc. while discovering new and creative ways to engage with passive candidates.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organization development or related field required. Minimum of five years’ experience in attracting passive candidates through campus relationship-building and marketing/sourcing/data mining strategies for hard-to-fill roles required.

Demonstrated knowledge of developing and implementing a digital marketing and search strategy including knowledge to effectively utilize Boolean logic, PowerSearch strings, XRay and Flip Search strings preferred. Certification as an Internet Recruiter from an approved organization (SHRM, HCI, NAHCR, HRCI, AAMM, ASPR, AIRS, etc.) preferred.
