General office duties; scanning; computer data entry; assisting staff and students; running errands around campus; other duties to be determined by the office (e.g. special projects)

This job can be very repetitive, and involves primarily checking information to ensure that students’ records accurately reflect transfer credit. We need someone who can pay close attention to detail and who can catch errors in information that is processed. Because of the varying ways transcripts present information, we are also looking for someone who will work closely with our team and who will ask questions about anything they are unsure of.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position

Ability to follow written and oral directions. Good organizational skills. Pay close attention to details.

Minimum Qualifications

General experience with: Typing, scanning, alphabetizing, proofing and editing, internet search/research.
