Job SummaryProvides accurate, timely, professional-level stage crew operations, for various shows, special events, and in other performance areas throughout the company, in the community, and during promotional tours.Job ResponsibilitiesPosition Scope
Provides props and equipment in the manner instructed and/or required to maintain the quality of the production supported.
Checks props for damage prior to the start of each show and replaces any prop that appears to be defective or too worn, and checks stage for problems and unsafe conditions.
Makes and repairs props and constructs stages and sets.
Requirements
Must be knowledgeable of theatrical stage set-up techniques, and be familiar with the various props and equipment used.
Must have good eye sight, hearing and manual dexterity, and be capable of a full range of body movement.
Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 70 pounds on a regular basis.
Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
Must attach resume and a screenshot of your current semester's class schedule (weekly view).
Must be available to work through Christmas holiday break.
Should have a high school education.

Physical RequirementsUsually works in an open air atmosphere.Job hazards include, but are not limited to, slipping on wet stage and/or steps, minor muscle and or back strains due to lifting and moving of equipment, and potential for serious injury due to burns received while working with Blazo fuel.
Work schedule is usually 12 noon - 9:30 pm, Monday through Saturday with one day off.ExperienceLicense/Certifications
