Position SummaryGuide the admissions counseling team in the design and execution of admissions reading processing in support of enrollment management goals. Manage the execution of operational plan for the undergraduate admissions data analysis process. Provide oversight to the management of evaluation and selection data analysis and reporting. Supervise two associate directors, who oversee admission to all professional and artistic schools and colleges on the New York campus.QualificationsRequired Education:Bachelor's Degree andPreferred Education:Master's DegreeRequired Experience:7+ years progressively responsible professional experience with undergraduate administration or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must include previous experience in managing staff, and in an admissions office or academic setting including student recruitment, financial aid or student life.Preferred Experience:7+ years Knowledge of PeopleSoft and Slate. Significant exposure to a highly selective, complex, and large volume college admissions operation. Experience using databases to predict applicant behavior. Experience with scheduling and/or events planning.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Valid driver’s license. Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills, Strong data analysis skills and experience with regression models and/or relevant predictive analysis tactics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships.
