Qualifications:

Ph.D. or Ed.D. The ideal candidate has BCBA or BCBA-D certification, has experience with curriculum and/or assistive technology, and five years of teaching in special education. Previous college level teaching is desired.

Trinity seeks candidates for faculty positions who are professing Christians and are committed to excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service. Successful candidates will possess the ability to articulate the relationship between their academic discipline, the preparation of their students, and a vision for human flourishing that emerges from the Christian faith. Successful candidates are also dedicated to personal involvement with students outside of the classroom through advising and other informal academic and cultural settings.

Responsibilities:

This is a tenure-track faculty role. Teaching assignments will primarily be in the graduate program, along with some undergraduate program teaching. Additional responsibilities include academic advising, meeting with prospective students, participation in the life of the department, college service, and scholarly and professional achievement. Teaching in the evening hours and some summer teaching will be required.

Compensation:

Rank and salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, pension, life insurance, and disability insurance.
