Job Details
ECU College of Nursing is currently seeking a Concept Integration Lab Assistant to fulfill the following duties:
-Present yourself in a professional manner and appearance
-Open and close labs for classes
-Serve as a resource for supplies for students during Practice Labs
-Represent the College of Nursing at simulations including possibly participating in running the simulation
-Straighten and clean labs before and after use
-Represent the College of Nursing during public relations activities
-Assist in developing nursing training tools as needed
-Clean and repair equipment
Pull and distribute supplies to faculty and labs
-Complete mandatory trainings
-Perform other activities as needed by the Concepts Integration Lab Staff & Administration
Organization skills, multi-task capabilities, positive interpersonal skills, confidentiality, written and oral communication skills,
competent computer skills, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office and Internet resources are required.● Must be a currently enrolled, without probation, student at East Carolina University
● Must be able to bend, lift and pull up to 35 (or more) lbs of equipment and more when on wheeled carts
● Must be able to adhere to consistent schedule
● Basic Knowledge of nursing skills and/or medical procedures, preferred
