IT Transformation Program Coordinator
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and troubleshoot event logistics for IT transformation initiatives, programs and activities, including calendars, room reservations, agenda materials, catering, and related communications with team members and service partners. Assist with setup and breakdown of events, in coordination with team members and service partners.
Participate in assigned IT transformation planning and management sessions as contributor (for logistical matters) and notetaker. Develop content for IT transformation websites and communications.
Monitor assigned communications and feedback channels and produce updates and reports on their activity. Using established protocols, assist in responding to community questions about IT transformation initiatives. Manage IT transformation content repositories.
Education/Experience: Associate’s degree plus strong evidence of prior success in managing complex situations with the appropriate level of detail and responsiveness or an equivilent combination of education/experience.
Skills: Ability to work quickly, effectively and maintain focus in a complex, high intensity and evolving environment. Ability to manage simultaneous tasks of varying complexity spanning concurrent activities. Ability to work effectively as a team member as well as an individual contributor. Ability to follow emerging and established logistical practices, assess their effectiveness, and suggest new or revised practices where needed. Strong facility with productivity and communications technologies and an aptitude for learning new technologies quickly and effectively. Superior attention to detail and follow through. Strong written and verbal communication. Good judgment in assessing challenges and escalating them proactively to supervisors. Experience with industry standard communications, website, collaboration, and calendar technologies.
Strongly preferred: Extensive experience with Google suite (calendar, mail, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Sites, etc). Project management experience. Experience writing for or managing websites. Experience in a team-driven environment (rather than an individual contributor environment).
