This person is responsible for the organization, administration, periodic review, continued development, and general effectiveness of the Radiography program. Position will start July 1, 2019.
Minimum education and experience include Master’s Degree in Radiologic Science or Radiologic Technology, Health Education, or related field; documented three (3) years clinical experience in the radiography; documented minimum of two (2) years’ experience as an instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program; ARRT certified or registered Radiologic technologist; and experience in curriculum development, faculty selection, and program evaluation.
Minimum ability and skills include evidence of a desire and ability to work closely with students in providing skills and experiences vital to a joint hospital/college RAD program; interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and courteously with students, program staff, advisory committee members, clinical site personnel, and the public; competence in written and oral communication skills; proven supervisory and management ability; organizational skills; functional ability with microcomputers; and possession of a valid driver’s license.
