Job SummaryCollects tour vouchers, loads passengers on assigned Waikiki tour bus or van en-route to the Polynesian Cultural Center, and provides a narrative tour for passengers. Persuades passengers, whenever possible, to upgrade to higher priced packages in a way that exemplifies the Polynesian Cultural Center’s high standards of excellence.Job ResponsibilitiesPosition Scope
Collects tour vouchers and loads passengers on assigned Waikiki tour bus or van.
Provides a narrative tour for passengers as the tour bus or van, and answering questions whenever possible.
Memorizes narrative script and undergoes sales and other types of training.
Requirements
Memorizes narrative script and undergoes sales and other types of training.
Must be sales and customer service oriented, and be able to memorize a lengthy narrative script.
Must be able to speak, read and write fluently in English. Fluency in a designated foreign language may be required.
Must submit resume and current semester schedule (weekly view).
Must have one year of work experience with the general public.
