Position Summary:
Eagle Card Services. The Staff Assistant provides support for the functions of the Card Services Office and Parking and Transportation utilizing ID Works, AIMS Parking Management, Point of Sale system, and other customized software.

Essential Functions

Utilizes industry specific software to produce campus ID cards for students, faculty, staff and visitors on campus.

Provides customer service to patrons of the Eagle Card Center and Parking and Transportation.

Enrolls students in various meal plan options.

Maintains Eagle Card Services and Parking and Transportation office systems and customer accounts.

Maintains cash and deposits received from Card Services kiosks.

Georgia Southern University is a Tobacco Free Campus.

Minimum Education Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Effective communication (verbal and written), organization and human relations skills; ability to work well in a diverse environment; proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office Applications software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; legally authorized to work in the United States; successful completion of background investigation prior to employment.

Three or more years of related work experience; demonstrated ability to utilize ID Works, AIMS Parking Management and Point of Sale system

Salary Range: $23,050 - $29,726
