Advertised Job Summary

Manage all graduate activities for the Department of Biological Sciences to ensure compliance with policies and procedures of the College and University as they pertain to student program services. Coordinate the various student services programs and the smooth operation of the graduate student services office in the department.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)

Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer experience in Higher Education. Knowledge of USC policies and procedures and IMS.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Above average typing and experience with Windows 200 and Microsoft Office. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
