Position Description

Advertised Job Summary

USC Sumter is seeking an Adjunct Instructor in English to begin August 2019 to teach English 101 (Critical Reading and Composition) and/or English 102 (Rhetoric and Composition) in the Richland or Lexington area. Teaching experience in post-secondary education desired. Experience teaching the above-named courses or their equivalent is a plus. This appointment is on a course-by-course basis. Salary is commensurate with education, experience and discipline.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications for this position include a Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate hours in English.
