Duties/Responsibilities

Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for UGAAA Senior Leadership including: managing active calendars of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for special projects.

Handle general trouble shooting and problem solving as needed: Manages “gateway” role, directing correspondence and all forms of communication to the appropriate senior leader.

Effectively and efficiently handle all incoming telephone calls and route to the proper person or take messages for staff who are out of the office
